3. Most people start out with one or two properties, and then quickly upgrade their portfolio.  After a while, they have several properties that are all working for them simultaneously. And pretty soon you will notice your wealth increasing!

There are many more benefits of becoming a landlord that it is impossible to list them all out.  Becoming a landlord is not a bed of roses. Even though there are some inherent drawbacks, they do not cancel out all of benefits.
